Questions, answered
Short, honest answers about pricing, timelines, ownership and how the work actually happens.
How much does it cost?
There are two ways to start. A subscription on my servers means a small start — the system runs in Lithuania, everything is maintained for you, and you can move out to your own infrastructure anytime. Installation in your system is a larger one-time deployment plus a monthly subscription for continuous improvement. Exact numbers come in a proposal after the first conversation — which is free.
How long does a project take?
The first working version typically takes weeks, not months — usually two to three weeks, running with your real data rather than a demo. I ship early and improve from there.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do — always. If the system runs on my servers, you can move it to your own infrastructure whenever you want. No lock-in, no hostage situations.
Can AI run locally so my data never leaves the company?
Yes. Local AI models can run on your own server, so sensitive documents never leave the building. That matters in regulated fields — and to anyone who simply does not want their data in the big clouds.
What happens after launch?
The system is monitored, maintained and improved — a working system is never "done". If something stops, it restarts itself and I get notified. New features arrive as your process evolves.
Do you work with small companies?
Yes — that is most of my work. We start small, with the one task that eats the most time, and grow the system as you actually need it.
What technologies do you use?
A modern web stack on an open, mature foundation, AI and LLM integrations where they genuinely save time, and connections to IoT device data — sensors, meters, controllers. I choose boring-reliable over trendy: tools that will still work in ten years.
How do we start?
With a free one-hour conversation about your process: what repeats, what gets stuck, where time disappears. Within a few days you get a concrete proposal — what gets built, what it costs, when it works. Fixed price, no surprises.
Can the chatbot on this site really book a call?
Yes — try it. It checks real availability, books a time and emails both sides. It is a live demo of what an assistant like this could do in your company.
Where are you located?
Vilnius, Lithuania. Projects run across the Baltics and remotely — for most of this work, distance does not matter.
